All work done by EZ Vapour Blast is by appointment only – please contact us for an appointment.
All items must be delivered to us clean / degreased.
(Any items not cleaned/degreased will incur an additional cleaning charge of R100.00 per part)
Minimum cost: R250.00 – 1/2-hour blasting
Thereafter R8.00 per minute
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Although we at EZ Vapour Blast do our best to rinse and dry the components after Vapour Blasting, please inspect all parts before assembly.
- Please remove all bearings as the glass bead will clog any bearings.
- Due to the nature of Vapour blasting, the glass bead will go in everywhere. Please block off any holes or channels that you do not want to be exposed to the glass bead.
- Even though Vapour blasting is safe for most plastic, rubber and silicone components, we take no responsibility for any parts that are damaged.
- Our blasting cabinet at EZ Vapour Blast can accommodate parts up to 800 Long x 400 High x 400 Wide. Parts need to be light enough to be manoeuvred by hand.
- Large and complex parts will take longer to clean.
- It is highly recommended that all engine components, carburettors etc are striped completely before Vapour blasting
